The Cool Relief ice blanket consists of a folded 10 x 10 water pillow Cryomat that comes with a micromesh covering. These are great for everyday use, just store in the freezer for 2 hours and have up to 2 hours of cold reusable ice for anything.

Directions for Use:
Place ice pack in freezer. Allow unit a minimum of two hours in freezer. Remove insert from freezer and place the ice pack inside the wrap by detaching the velcro fasteners and sliding the ice pack in between the two pieces of material. Apply soft compression. If icing against the skin, remove after 20 minutes, or as directed by your medical practitioner. If continuous icing is desired, store one ice-pack in the freezer and one ice pack inside the wrap. Rotate inserts, every two hours.
