While many ice packs freeze completely solid, the Cool Relief ankle cold therapy ice wrap stays flexible when frozen to mold comfortably to the entire foot and ankle area.

Directions: Place Ice pack in freezer. Allow unit a minimum of two hours in freezer. Remove insert from freezer and place the ice pack inside the wrap by detaching the velcro fasteners and sliding the ice pack in between the two pieces of material. Apply compression. If icing against the skin, remove after 20 minutes, or as directed by your medical practitioner. If continuous icing is desired, store one ice-pack in the freezer and one ice pack inside the wrap. Rotate inserts, every two hours.
