For Ice Bandana

1) Place entire ice bandana in freezer for 2-3 hours.

2) Simply remove and use.

3) Insulated or color side should face outwards directing cold to the neck.

4) Tie to secure during activity

*Hand wash with soap and water.


For Neowrap:

Inserting Flexible Hot/Cold Mat Into Neowrap

1) For easy insertion simply fold mat in half lengthwise
   
2) Insert into mesh pocket
     
3) Unfold Flat
     
*Since the mat is insulated you can choose with side you want out - for more or less cold/heat

Freezing Instructions

1) Place in coldest part of the freezer for 4-6 hours

2) The entire Neowrap with the hot/cold mat may be left rolled up in freezer for convenient use any time.

3) For Fastest freezing time place only the hot/cold mat in the coldest part of the freezer, or lay Neowrap open with mat exposed.

     *The Neowrap freezes faster when unrolled.

Warming Instructions – Microwave Method

1) The entire Neowrap with hot/cold inserted can be placed in the microwave. (Alternatively you may place only the hot/cold mat in the microwave)

2) Microwave for time indicated below, if you are unsure of microwave wattage, you may heat for 10 second intervals until the mat is hot. *Overheating will result in rupture and damage to the product.

              Wattage       Small       Large

              500W          40 Sec      1 Minute 30 Sec

              750W          30 Sec      1 Minute 15 Sec

              1000W        20 Sec      1 Minute

3) Use Caution when handling mat. Mat will be hot when removed from the microwave. Handle carefully with potholder or towel. Warning: Excessive heating could cause skin burns, rupture of mat or wate leakage from the mat. If mat alone is heated, a towel or potholder must be used to handle the mat and insert it into the Neowrap

Warming Instructions – Stovetop Method

1) Bring 3-4 quarts of water to a boil in a large pot.

2) Turn off heat and place ice mat into the hot water for 30 seconds.

3) Use tongs, carefully remove the mat from water and dry with a towel.

4) Caution: Mat is now hot. Dry with towel and using a towel or potholder, insert mat into mesh pocket.
