Ice Shoulder Cold Therapy Wrap With Single Insert

The Cool Relief Ice Shoulder is great for overuse injuries and post-operative arm care. It covers the entire shoulder and the upper arm and can fit both left and right shoulders.

(1) Detachable Elastic Arm Strap (1) Lower Arm Strap and
(1) Reusable Ice Insert For Each Wrap Compartment.

Directions for Use: Place ice pack(s)in freezer. Allow unit a minimum of two hours in freezer. Remove insert from freezer and place the ice pack inside the wrap by detaching the velcro fasteners and sliding the ice pack in between the two pieces of material. Apply soft compression. If icing against the skin, remove after 20 minutes, or as directed by your medical practitioner. If continuous icing is desired, store one ice-pack in the freezer and one ice pack inside the wrap. Rotate inserts, every two hours.
