The Cool Relief Ice Universal wrap can be used for the back, as shown, or for knees, legs or elbows, etc. The 8x22 wrap is lightweight and can be worn anywhere.

Directions for Use:
Place ice pack in freezer. Allow unit a minimum of two hours in freezer. Remove insert from freezer and place the ice pack inside the wrap by detaching the velcro fasteners and sliding the ice pack in between the two pieces of material. Apply soft compression. If icing against the skin, remove after 20 minutes, or as directed by your medical practitioner. If continuous icing is desired, store one gel-pack in the freezer and one gel pack inside the wrap. Rotate inserts, every two hours.
