     The “no hole” design drives cold deep into all areas of the knee, including the kneecap, for maximum cold compression therapy to reduce swelling and pain. Professional athletes and orthopedic specialists played an important role in the development of the ColdOne refreezable cold compression knee ice wrap, helping design a product that would deliver cold therapy on both sides of the knee where it needs to be.

     Apply the Cold One® knee ice wrap for 15-20 minutes immediately following any strenuous activity to prevent knee swelling and knee pain, while also aiding in recovery time. Continued use of a frozen Cold One knee ice wrap will significantly help an injured knee heal faster and get the participant/athlete back to their sport sooner. All Cold One ice wraps are ready-to-wear when frozen for up to two hours in a residential or commercial freezer and should be used a minimum of 2-3 times per day for maximum benefit. Once applied, the gels will gradually thaw within 15-20 minutes - the length of time recommended by doctors and orthopedic therapists for effective healing - so there is no risk of damage from “over-icing” the tissues or cryoburn to the skin.
