Directions for Use:

Place gel pack in freezer. Allow unit a minimum of two hours in freezer. Remove insert from freezer and place the gel pack inside the wrap by detaching the velcro fasteners and sliding the gel pack in between the two pieces of material. Apply soft compression. If icing against the skin, remove after 20 minutes, or as directed by your medical practitioner. If continuous icing is desired, store one gel-pack in the freezer and one gel pack inside the wrap.
