What an excellent product! It not only helps with my back pain but also my recently injured knee! My chiropractor suggested I order one of these about a month ago for lower back pain and it has reduced the pain ever since. Though the real versatility came into play last week I took a minor hit to the knee. With some bruising and swelling, the injury hindered my ability to walk without pain. Trainers Pick saved the day! In anticipation of lots of yard work and my son's soccer season, I ordered the Universal Ice Pack. I placed the order early in the day and by afternoon, received notification that the item had been sent. The Universal Ice Pack is great to have on hand for both those general aches and pains as well as sports injuries. It molds to the area and can be held in place by the velcro straps. Thanks for a great product and prompt service!
